Gender Wars At The Gym:HGH & Testosterone Induced?
January 14, 2010 | Leave a Comment
It used to be that when you said the words “gym,†“workout,†and especially “weight room,†you could practically sniff the testosterone in the air.
And the mental picture? Beads of masculine sweat dropping onto filthy mats and the kind of tight muscle tees that only people on HGH favor today. That was then (the dark ages) and this is now. When it comes to specific fitness activities, today women frequently outnumber men. Women are more likely than men to engage in fitness activities for at least 100 days per year, and many of them are doing it at women’s-only fitness clubs. And professionally, women continue to gain high-profile access to traditionally male sports, as when women’s boxing was added to the 2012 Olympic Games this past August.

A constant routine builds a pattern for your body to follow called a circadian rhythm and allows for hormones to be released in your body at specific times that maximize your recovery and promote an overall feeling of being well-rested.
The most important of these hormones is called Human Growth Hormone (HGH). You’ve probably heard about this one in the news or read about in any regular magazine about baseball. The point is that regular periods of 8 hours of rest will optimize your release of HGH, and with one of its main effects being regeneration of muscle and connective tissue, you’d be well advised to make sure you have plenty on board after every night as you head into any training plan. HGH allows you to recover from workouts faster, and therefore add more volume without breaking down to the point of injury. The best part about it though, is that our bodies can produce it naturally, as long as we get enough sleep.

Work Those Legs & Increase HGH
May 18, 2009 | Leave a Comment
Building lean muscle is a challenge for many of us who have a small body frame, or a fast metabolism.
Build a balanced physique. If you want to bulk up it’s really important to train legs, it promotes the growth hormone (HGH) to release systemically, and that will enhance ALL areas of training and muscle development. There is nothing worse having a huge upper body with chicken legs. So remember to fit in a leg work-out and say no to chicken tonight!

Work Out, Touch More, & Increase HGH
May 4, 2009 | Leave a Comment
Human touch increases the production of endorphins, growth hormone and DHEA, all of which lengthen your life span and lower the negative impact of stress.
Studies have found that patients who are regularly touched recover faster than those who are not touched. So give some hugs and feel both your mood and the recipient’s mood improve.
Want to boost your “youth hormones”? You don’t need pills to flood your body with a flood of growth hormones. Research has found that doing squats and leg presses will greatly increase your natural production of the “youth hormone.” Increased growth hormone (hgh)Â translates to an elevated mood, among many other physical benefits. Keep it going with weight training, knee bends and push-ups.
