Steroids, Baseball, & HGH
February 18, 2009 | Leave a Comment
The “Steroid Era” in baseball has brought performance-enhancing drugs to the forefront of sports.
Ever since Ben Johnson was stripped of his gold medal from the 1988 Seoul Olympics, steroids have been the main “culprit” of performance-enhancing drugs. But as the careers of players like Barry Bonds and Mark McGwire came into question, a “new” drug surfaced as a major performance enhancer. HGH (human growth hormone) has been used by athletes since the 1970s and is banned by the International Olympic Committee and almost every major sports governing body. But until major-league baseball players started testing positive for HGH, most people didn’t know of it as a major performance enhancer.
Human growth hormone is naturally secreted by the body and stimulates cell growth and reproduction in humans and other animals. The effects of HGH in humans are far reaching and include decreased body fat, increased muscle mass, increased bone density, increased energy levels and immune system function and even improved skin tone and texture. So, you can see why it might be used by elite athletes to improve performance. While supplementing with additional hormones can be dangerous and should only be done under the guidance of a doctor, giving your body all of the chances it can to produce its own HGH is a smart recovery technique for athletes.

1990 HGH Study Beginning For HGH Use Today
September 5, 2008 | Leave a Comment
A groundbreaking study from 1990 shows how human growth hormone (hgh) can help us look and feel younger:
In a 1990 study published in the New England Journal of Medicine, the administration of human growth hormone (hgh)Â for six months was accompanied by an 8.8 % increase in lean body mass, a 14.4 % decrease in adipose-tissue mass, and a 23.2% improvement in overall body composition. There was a 1.6% increase in average lumbar vertebral bone density, and skin was transformed into a much more youthful appearance with significantly less wrinkles and increased thickness of 7.1 percent.

Aging: HGH Can Help
April 28, 2008 | Leave a Comment
We all age. With that, comes the signs of aging. Let’s take a look at what The Judicium has to say:
The whole body suffers from the aging process. And if we dig deeper enough we reach the HGH. HGH, the acronym Human Growth Hormone, is a hormone produced by the human body that influences the growth rate but also the early maturity ages. The most important period of a human life, considering the production of HGH, is between twenty and thirty years old. After this period the production of HGH drops and causes the acceleration of aging. So it’s easy to realize that the continuous production of this hormone is the main anti aging solution. This is where we go back to where we left off when we mentioned that your skin is the one that shows the results of the aging process: we can not overlook the hair loss, decreased mental function and sexual performance, increasing body fat and the decreasing of muscle mass. To try to keep under control this “malfunction†in the production of HGH, people try different methods that sometimes might prove to be nothing more than bad ideas.

HGH Anti-Aging Cream at £125
April 18, 2008 | Leave a Comment
A London, England store can’t keep their new HGH cream on the shelves. Take a look:Â
Customers keen to stop the signs of aging have been snapping up one ounce pots of a new ‘miracle’ anti-wrinkle cream, which cost £125 a time.
The tiny pots of 3LAB ‘h’ Serum cream contain synthetic human growth hormone (HGH), which the manufacturer claims can slow or even reverse signs of ageing such as wrinkles and skin pigmentation.
The serum went on sale at Selfridges on Oxford Street in central London earlier this month.
3LAB insists it has managed to engineer the serum so the HGH penetrates hair follicles, where most growth hormone receptors are located.
Those less inclined to believe the claims of cosmetic scientists may be happier sticking with Aldi’s Siana Moisturising Anti-Wrinkle Day Cream.
It was recently voted the best anti-aging cream in a blind test of 2,000 women - and costs just £1.89 a pot, which is slightly more than $4.00 U.S. dollars.

HGH & Youthful Skin
March 12, 2008 | Leave a Comment
Grow Young With HGH author, Dr. Ronald Klatz has this to say about HGH and what it can do for your skin:
There is nothing quite like a baby’s skin. It is soft, smooth, plump, with a kind of delicious squshiness. That’s because a baby is mostly fluid, with water making up 90% of its body. By adulthood, the body water is down to 60%, and by the time we reach old age, it is a mere 40% of our total body mass. In a very real way, aging is a drying out process from the juiciness of youth to the shriveled, desiccated, puckered face of old age. You can see the same dehydration in your adult patients with GH (HGH) deficiency due to pituitary problems. Their skin is dry and thin and many of them look old for their age.
Growth hormone (HGH) turns the prune back into a plum. This is through a little understood effect called antinatriuretic action, which acts through the kidneys to retain sodium and water. It is this effect that is also responsible for the most commonly reported problems with the use of growth hormone (HGH)-swelling, pain in the joints, and carpal tunnel syndrome.

HGH: Fountain of Youth?
February 12, 2008 | Leave a Comment
Is there really a “fountain of youth”? Some believe there is… with HGH.
HGH is Human Growth Hormone. It’s produced naturally in your body, but amounts decrease as you get older. In fact, supplementing your body’s HGH levels can even help Reverse The Effects Of Aging.
Human growth hormone is known as the Master Hormone or the “Hormone of Youth”. It controls the release of many other hormones in the body and is made by the pituitary gland in the center of the brain. During childhood, HGH directs the growth of the body. In adults, HGH begins to decline steeply with age. This decline is associated with many of the effects of aging. Hundreds of studies have been done on the use of HGH in adults. It has been found to raise energy levels, enhance lean muscle, decrease body fat, strengthen the heart, improve cholesterol, fortify bones, smooth out wrinkles, sharpen memory, improve sexual function, regenerate damaged tissues, boost the immune system, and improve sleep.
HGH comes in many forms, the most potent being an injection given by authorized medical professionals. This is quite expensive however, and there are many alternative forms of HGH available on the market today.

Stallone’s HGH Rants Spread As Rambo Opens Nationwide
January 29, 2008 | Leave a Comment
Sylvester Stallone recently disclosed that he used HGH and Testosterone to get in shape for his new movie Rambo.  Stallone clearly does NOT look like the typical 60 year old. He looks more like a bodybuilder, sporting ripped and toned muscles, and little body fat.
“You have to put in years and years and years of hard labor to stay in shape,†Stallone went on. “The most important thing about HGH — and I think more people should be aware of this — is it really takes off the wear and tear that your body takes. The power to recuperate is very, very limited. So all it does is expedite.â€
Although associated with sports, HGH is said to be very popular in Hollywood among stars trying to stave off the effects of age. Doctors in anti-aging clinics also prescribe it because of its reported ability to add thickness and elasticity to skin, improve vision, and make it easier to recover after physical exercise — a big advantage for athletes and bodybuilders.
And, apparently, for action heroes.

What Can HGH Do To Improve Your Skin?
January 24, 2008 | Leave a Comment
HGHÂ has many benefits, one of which is helping our skin look and feel younger.
How Does HGH Dramatically Improve Your Skin?
Three ways:
· HGH stimulates the activation of skin proteins like collagen and elastin, which form the foundation of your skin.
· Our body goes from being made up of about 90% water when we have smooth baby skin to as low as 40% as we age. “This drying out of the body is reversed almost immediately with HGH†– Dr. Elmer Cranton
· As we age, our skin becomes papery thin and loses its firm texture. However, the New England Journal of Medicine reports that six months of HGH use increased skin thickness 7.1%.

Somatomedin/HGH & Collagen
January 11, 2008 | Leave a Comment
What can HGH do for our skin, bones, and soft tissue?
Growth hormone (HGH) is more appropriately termed Somatomedin when referring to an adult. It is secreted by the pituitary gland during our lives, having its highest level at puberty and declining after age 40. In our youth it is responsible for growth of bones, hence the name Growth Hormone. As adults, we no longer experience any of its growth effects but depend on it for its reparative effects. Hence the name change in adulthood to Somatomedin.
It is Somatomedin, HGH that is responsible for the amount of collagen, connective tissue, and cell repair that we have as adults. Some adults have more Somatomedin than others for their age and despite similar lifestyles and environmental factors, they experience far younger physical appearances and better health than those with lower levels.
