HGH Helps With Exercise Recovery
June 30, 2008 | Leave a Comment
HGH has had some bad press lately with numerous athletes and celebrities being caught with their hand in the “hgh cookie jar” so to speak. But one physician has some positive things to say about hgh:
Dr. Robert Dimeff, president of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, says that human growth hormone (hgh) does accelerate the body’s recovery from strenuous exercise as well as increase protein growth.
And although there have been reports of joint pain and increased risk of diabetes associated with its use, Dimeff says that unlike steroids, which linger in body, the growth hormone (hgh) stays for no longer than nine hours. Therefore, he says, the risk of side effects is minimal.
