‘Biggest Loser’ Coach Jillian Michaels On Diet, Hormones Including HGH

Health coach for NBC’s The Biggest Loser Jillian Michaels was here to talk about her new book Master Your Metabolism.
One of the key messages in her book is no matter where you are in your “diet” goals (someone looking to lose a great deal of weight, a thin person looking to maintain, etc.) everyone can and should all be taking advantage of the great health benefits of balancing our hormones/metabolism.
 Start detoxifying by removing antinutrients that disrupt the body’s natural hormonal balance, causing it to speed the excessive release of weight-gain hormones (insulin, estrogen, cortisol) and to block the release of weight-loss hormones (thyroid, leptin, adiponectin, HGH/human growth hormone).
