Roger Clemens seems to be someone completely different from the famous MLB pitcher we all used to know. Take a look at the latest:
Mindy McCready has now been questioned by the FBI in its perjury investigation involving baseball star Roger Clemens, according to the New York Daily News, which has been closely following the case. According to the newspaper, two FBI agents interviewed McCready in an effort to determine whether Clemens lied when he told congressional investigators he had never taken performance-enhancing drugs. Clemens denies having used steroids and human growth hormone (HGH). McCready has not refuted reports that she and Clemens were involved in a relationship that began in 1991. McCready will perform Thursday (June 5) during a noon concert on the opening day of the CMA Music Festival in Nashville.

Biosimilair versions of HGH recently received approval in Europe.
LONDON - With the first generic biologics reaching the market in Europe, the focus has shifted from arguments about how to approve them, to how the products should be used in clinical practice.
Rather than biogenerics, the European Medicines Agency (EMEA) has tagged the products as biosimilars. The explicit recognition that they are not exactly the same as the originator product is raising issues of substitutability and pharmacovigilance.
Two biosimilar versions of erythropoietin (EPO) and two of somatrophin (human growth hormone) have been approved, a G-CSF biogeneric is about to get the nod and there will be many more products on the market in the next five years, making it essential that processes are in place to ensure their safe and appropriate use.

Professor Has HGH Connection
May 28, 2008 | Leave a Comment
Here is part of a recent article on a professor involved in HGH cloning research:
Teachers can have a profound effect on the careers of their students. Just ask Professor John Shine, who detested biochemistry during a miserable three years studying veterinary science at Sydney University. A few years later, however, when he’d switched to a general science degree at ANU, an inspiring biochemistry lecturer instilled in him a fascination for molecular biology and how genes work.
“In a sense, that was what started me on my scientific career,” says Shine, 61, the executive director of Sydney’s Garvan Institute of Medical Research. He’s internationally recognised for his ground-breaking research cloning human hormone (HGH) genes - built on a biochemistry foundation.

Anti-aging expert Dr. Ronald Klatz describes how HGH can improve the quality your hair:
HGH appears to have a tonic effect on hair. While there is no scientific data, patients report improvement in the quality of the hair. The self-assessment performed by 202 patients in one study reported an astounding 38% reported new hair growth. Other patients stated that their hair was regaining its original color.

HGH Side Effects: Is There A Safe Alternative?
May 22, 2008 | Leave a Comment
Human growth hormone (HGH) has the potential for side effects, like the ones listed below:
Use for anti-aging is prohibited, and adult patients must demonstrate through a blood test that their natural levels are below normal. Selling growth hormone (HGH) without a prescription can land you in prison for five years and carries a $250,000 fine. The drug has been linked in studies to side effects that include joint pain and swelling. Some say it gets even worse: cancer.
“Growth hormone is secreted in our body to promote cell growth, and cancer is unbridled cell growth,” says gerontologist Dr. Thomas Perls, who campaigns vehemently against the use of HGH. “It’s basically throwing gasoline on the fire.”

May 20, 2008 | Leave a Comment
HGH may have the benefits you need to regain youthful energy. Take a look:
Is there really a “fountain of youth”? Some believe there is… with HGH. HGH is Human Growth Hormone. It’s produced naturally in your body, but amounts decrease as you get older. In fact, supplementing your body’s HGH levels can even help Reverse The Effects Of Aging.
HGH comes in many forms, the most potent being an injection given by authorized medical professionals. This is quite expensive however, and there are many alternative forms of HGH available on the market today.

More and more these days you have to be very careful when purchasing products like testosterone and HGH. Take a look at this article regarding copycat drugs being made right here in the United States:
Federal agents and local police raided a Roswell home Tuesday afternoon, looking for human growth hormone and other drugs, authorities said.
The drug-making operation — selling HGH, testosterone, and copy-cat versions of Cialis online and through mail-order — netted an estimated $25,000 to $30,000 a day, said Roswell police Lt. James McGee.
“We got a tip about three or four months ago,” McGee said. We found it was more far-reaching than we initially thought.”
Agents from the investigative wing of the Food and Drug Administration joined Roswell S.W.A.T. officers late Tuesday afternoon to go into the house.
A Roswell couple is being held for questioning, McGee said, and charges are likely to come from the FDA.
