Pharmaceutical Company Falsified HGH Patent Documents
April 30, 2008 | Leave a Comment
Some HGH drug companies are falsifying documents to push their patents through:
In the last 15 years, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, which handles patent cases, has affirmed findings of inequitable conduct in at least 40 cases, including 14 that involved pharmaceutical or health care products. Similar findings have been issued by federal district judges in an unknown number of cases that were not appealed.
Courts have found that drug makers knowingly submitted false statements to the patent office, inaccurately described experiments and concealed information that contradicted their claims.
In one case, the appeals court said that Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals improperly failed to disclose that it had not performed an experiment described in its application for a patent related to synthetic human growth hormone (HGH).

Rogers Clemens: More Than Just An HGH Scandal
April 29, 2008 | Leave a Comment
More Roger Clemens rumors have hit the press recently. But these are allegations that have nothing to do with HGH:Â
Roger Clemens has denied taking steroids and HGH during his career even though the evidence says otherwise, but it has now been discovered that he had a 10 year relationship with a girl starting when she was 15.Â
According to reports Clemens was 28 years old with a wife and two kids when he started the “friendship” with 15 year old country music singer Mindy McCready. She was an up and coming singer when the two met and had a number one hit in 1996 called “Guys Do It All the Time.”
Roger’s attorney, Rusty Hardin, confirmed that his client did in fact have a relationship with the 15Â year old McCready that lasted for 10 years, but also said that it was not a sexual one.Â
Okay…do you expect us to believe all that, plus what does a 28 year old major league baseball player do with a 15 year old rising star that doesn’t involve inappropriate activities. According to others, Clemens was seen at parties with her and one in particular when the two showed up together at a party with Michael Jordan.
Apparently Debbie Clemens, Roger’s wife, knew that McCready traveled on Roger’s plane a number of times but was only thought of as a friend.Â
Is this also what steroids (and HGH) does…make you hang out with underage girls pretending to be just friends? Of course the team of lawyers for Brian McNamee are having a field day with this one as it just proves more so that Roger isn’t a trust worthy guy.

Aging: HGH Can Help
April 28, 2008 | Leave a Comment
We all age. With that, comes the signs of aging. Let’s take a look at what The Judicium has to say:
The whole body suffers from the aging process. And if we dig deeper enough we reach the HGH. HGH, the acronym Human Growth Hormone, is a hormone produced by the human body that influences the growth rate but also the early maturity ages. The most important period of a human life, considering the production of HGH, is between twenty and thirty years old. After this period the production of HGH drops and causes the acceleration of aging. So it’s easy to realize that the continuous production of this hormone is the main anti aging solution. This is where we go back to where we left off when we mentioned that your skin is the one that shows the results of the aging process: we can not overlook the hair loss, decreased mental function and sexual performance, increasing body fat and the decreasing of muscle mass. To try to keep under control this “malfunction†in the production of HGH, people try different methods that sometimes might prove to be nothing more than bad ideas.

HGH & IGF-1
April 25, 2008 | Leave a Comment
Here is some information on HGH & IGF-1:Â
Frequently, patients who report great improvements on HGH do not show much increase in IGF-1 levels. And not uncommonly, patients whose IGF-1 levels increase substantially do not seem to experience correspondingly dramatic benefits. This is probably because HGH has direct action on cells independently of IGF-1 production. In some people, injected HGH does not seem to increase IGF-1 as much as frequent small pulses released internally by the pituitary gland. Consequently, I no longer fully rely on routine follow-up testing of IGF-1 after therapy has begun. Its effectiveness as a guide to therapy is not nearly as great as a close and accurate observation of actual physical and symptomatic improvements in the individual man or woman being treated.

Comedian Steve Carell “Speaks” On HGH
April 24, 2008 | Leave a Comment
Comedian Steve Carell has his own take on HGH. True to his nature, he was quoted in a recent Wired.com interview:
Steve Carell is no dummy. In fact, the man who plays hapless half-wit Michael Scott on NBC’s The Office and equally hapless gumshoe Maxwell Smart in this summer’s big-screen redo of Get Smart is nothing short of a genius — a genius wrapped in a doofus, hidden by an idiot. Here’s his advice on how to attain Carell-level smarts.
“I’ve been injecting human growth hormone (HGH) into my brain for several years now, with no ill effects. I feel smarter, and I often feel compelled to show people — really show them — just how smart I am. HGH has also colored the way I perceive the world, which is now a sort of bloodred.”
Of course Mr. Carell does not really inject HGH into his brain! But laughter has been shown to increase HGH levels. Want to learn more about HGH and the top selling HGH product available today? Click here!

HGH Soon To Lose Patent Protection
April 23, 2008 | Leave a Comment
A recent news release outlines the potential for many drugs, including HGH to lose their patent protection:
Some of the biggest-selling biologics developed during the boom years in biotech of the 1980’s, including human growth hormone (HGH) and insulin, have lost patent protection in the U.S. in 2007 or will shortly, and they represent a market of $40 billion. This opens up a huge potential market for biosimilars, if regulatory hurdles can be overcome, according to a new report by Kalorama Information, Biogenerics: the World Market for Biosimilars.

Do pro athletes cross the line when they use HGH for performance enhancement?Â
Human Growth Hormone (HGH)Â is a substance that has become the latest rage, as until recently it was not a banned substance in every professional league. HGH has well-documented benefits to help injuries heal, to restore youthfulness to aging people, and can help muscles gain in size. The HGH t taken by some of the major league stars was, at the time, not a banned substance by Major League Baseball and, if taken under the care of a physician, was perfectly legal. It may have been prescribed to help an athlete recover from an injury.
The cloudiness occurred when players saw that they could make performance gains with HGH, and chose to take it for non-injury purposes.

50,000 Physicians & Scientists On HGH, Other Remedies
April 21, 2008 | Leave a Comment
50,000 physicians and scientists from 96 worldwide educational affiliates in anti-aging and regenerative medicine urge emergency action to counter a calculated campaign, lacking in scientific basis and brimming with political motivations, against hormone therapies including HGH,  nutritional medicine, and compounding pharmacies. Here is an excerpt from the PRWeb article:
For the first time in the history of the United States, Congress is allowing non-physicians to dictate the indications for a drug, effectively eliminating and criminalizing the physicians’ sovereign right to prescribe according to conscience. Misguided and potentially dangerous pending Congressional legislation aims to ban the American public’s access to nutrients, drugs, and hormone therapies like HGH and retard the advancement of preventive healthcare in the United States by a decade or more. Â
Hormone therapies (including Adult Growth Hormone Replacement Therapy,HGH, and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy), nutritional medicine, and compounding pharmacies serve an important role in improving both the quality and quantity of life in millions of Americans today.
Stop the unjust crirminalization of physician prescribed hormone replacement therapies and nutritional medicine. There are no villains or evil-doers in the community of law abiding patients and their caring and compassionate physicians and pharmacists who are dedicated to keeping American men and women healthy, vital, and in optimal physical and mental performance throughout advancing age.

HGH Anti-Aging Cream at £125
April 18, 2008 | Leave a Comment
A London, England store can’t keep their new HGH cream on the shelves. Take a look:Â
Customers keen to stop the signs of aging have been snapping up one ounce pots of a new ‘miracle’ anti-wrinkle cream, which cost £125 a time.
The tiny pots of 3LAB ‘h’ Serum cream contain synthetic human growth hormone (HGH), which the manufacturer claims can slow or even reverse signs of ageing such as wrinkles and skin pigmentation.
The serum went on sale at Selfridges on Oxford Street in central London earlier this month.
3LAB insists it has managed to engineer the serum so the HGH penetrates hair follicles, where most growth hormone receptors are located.
Those less inclined to believe the claims of cosmetic scientists may be happier sticking with Aldi’s Siana Moisturising Anti-Wrinkle Day Cream.
It was recently voted the best anti-aging cream in a blind test of 2,000 women - and costs just £1.89 a pot, which is slightly more than $4.00 U.S. dollars.

HGH Is Used To Treat Twice As Many Short Boys As Girls in U.S. & Asia
April 17, 2008 | Leave a Comment
As a follow up to yesterday’s topic, we found specific information regarding children using HGH:
keep looking »Boys are twice as likely as girls in the U.S. and Asia (mostly Japan) to receive recombinant human growth hormone (HGH) for growth hormone deficiency, illnesses that affect height, and short stature of a non-medical nature. A smaller gender difference exists in Europe, Australia and New Zealand, but in the rest of the world short boys and girls are treated at the same rate.
