Cardiovascular Exercise Can Increase HGH Output
November 26, 2007 |
If there is anything that could ever be touted as the Fountain of Youth, it has to be staying active. And with staying active, comes exercise, which is one of the easiest, safest, and most effective ways to increase HGH. Often referred to as aerobic activity, cardiovascular exercise, (cardio), is activity which brings your heart rate (i.e. beats per minute) into a range
that is higher than your normal, everyday heartbeat. When we talk about cardio we are really talking about the ways you can elevate your heartbeat. The most common forms of cardio are walking, running, bicycling, treadmill, stair master, etc. Benefits may include strengthening your overall heart
health, burning calories and fat, and increasing metabolism. A side benefit is that many people experience an endorphin release, which they report puts them in a general state of overall well-being. Again, cardiovascular exercise can increase the amount of HGH released by the pituitary.
