Let’s face it…if we don’t sleep well at night, the next day is going to be rough. Fortunately, HGH can help by restoring deep sleep. Normal sleep patterns are dependent on HGH which explains why we get more tired as we age. It is well recognized that there is a tremendous reduction in deep sleep in the elderly. They dream less, wake up more frequently during the night, and have trouble getting back to sleep. With HGH, they report a great improvement in their sleep and a feeling of being well rested.

Sal Marinello is a professional strength and conditioning coach with 20 years experience and has conducted over 30,000 personal training sessions. Here is what he has to say regarding HGH and athletes.

Here is a list of reasons as to why HGH - right now - is the ideal drug for athletes. With the latest edition of the steroids in sport scandal that involves professional athletes from Major League Baseball, as well as other sports, people need to understand why these supplements are desirable to pro athletes.
And you won’t get this kind of info if you depend on the mainstream media and sports news outlets…
Body builders have enjoyed the benefits of human growth hormone, used in conjunction with a variety of other anabolic agents, for over 20 years but only in recent years have legit athletes started to catch on to this “better” kind of performance enhancing drugs.

1. HGH provides a potent anabolic effect; it builds muscle.
2. HGH provides metabolic benefits such as helping the body burn more fat than usual, and serves as a protein-sparing agent as well.
3. HGH is legal and can be acquired and administered by a physician, and as a result the intelligent athlete can use medical privacy regulations to avoid the spotlight.

Remember, this isn’t an effort to rationalize or justify the use of HGH and testosterone. I am simply recognizing and pointing out reasons why athletes - or anybody who works out for that matter - would find these substances so desirable.

Other trainers, doctors, and athletes have found an all natural HGH product that provides exceptional results…and is not a banned substance!  Click here to read their testamonials.

Dr. James Forsythe, a Reno, NV oncologist and homeopath who prescribes HGH for his patients, was taken to court by the FDA—and won. Here is an excerpt from his recent interview with journalist D. Brian Burghart.

As we age, we lose HGH on a predictable 10-15 percent decrease per decade. You have your most when you’re 15-25, after that we all start sliding downhill. When you’re my age—I’m 69—you have less than half of what you had at your peak. Replacing it (HGH) is a natural thing we do in medicine. Let’s face it: We replace menopausal hormones, male hormones, adrenal hormones, if they’re low, thyroid hormones, if they’re low. Why not replace human growth hormone (HGH)? I belong to the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, which boasts 20,000 members throughout the country and more around the world. There are probably 40 different societies in the world that are into this anti-aging medicine. It’s called New Age medicine. Replacing HGH along with other hormones is what we do.

HGH is not just considered an anti-aging regimend. Here is an excerpt from Grow Young With HGH by anti-aging expert Dr. Ronald Klatz in which he explains how HGH can repair damaged nerves.

One of the most exciting potential uses of HGH is the repair of peripheral nerve tissue that has been damaged by injury or illness. If a nerve is torn in the arm or leg, it means the connection to the muscle may be impaired, and as a result there is loss of movement and the muscle atrophies. While the peripheral nerves can regenerate to some extent, severe tears of more than a few millimeters may result in permanent injury. But HGH has repaired and reconnected severed nerve endings of up to 6 millimeters, a feat previously unheard of.

If there is anything that could ever be touted as the Fountain of Youth, it has to be staying active. And with staying active, comes exercise, which is one of the easiest, safest, and most effective ways to increase HGH. Often referred to as aerobic activity, cardiovascular exercise, (cardio), is activity which brings your heart rate (i.e. beats per minute) into a range
that is higher than your normal, everyday heartbeat. When we talk about cardio we are really talking about the ways you can elevate your heartbeat. The most common forms of cardio are walking, running, bicycling, treadmill, stair master, etc. Benefits may include strengthening your overall heart
health, burning calories and fat, and increasing metabolism. A side benefit is that many people experience an endorphin release, which they report puts them in a general state of overall well-being. Again, cardiovascular exercise can increase the amount of HGH released by the pituitary.

The cookies, candy, pie, cheese balls, eggnog, beer and other alcoholic concoctions we enjoy during the holidays are packed with calories. And with that, comes weight gain:

Most people don’t ever lose the pound of weight they put on during the holidays, according to a report in The New England Journal of Medicine. Since the average weight gain during adulthood is about one to two pounds a year, that means much of midlife weight gain can be explained by holiday eating.

We found information on how HGH can help you lose that extra weight that comes with enjoying all the holiday goodies. To learn the truth about HGH from a doctor, click here.

Middle age has its rewards, especially if we are wise to the benefits of anti-aging regimens like HGH.

Each year after the age of forty, a pound of fat replaces a pound of muscle. This means that by the time you are fifty, ten pounds of your muscle have been replaced with ten pounds of fat. Some experts are excited about the antiaging benefits seen in scientific studies. In these studies, people given HGH show an increase in lean muscle mass, a decrease in body fat, increased energy, stronger immune systems, sharper eyesight, and better mental acuity. We certainly need to stay informed about new studies on this potential youth hormone.

Athletes cannot escape the unflattering spotlight of banned substances such as HGH. It has trickled down from baseball great Barry Bonds and NFL star Rodney Harrison, to the current testing of professional golfers.

The PGA and Nationwide Tours will begin testing (HGH and other banned substances) no earlier than July of 2008 and will be preceded by what is referred to as “player education and outreach,” starting next month. The LPGA Tour revealed its own testing protocol on Wednesday at the ADT Championship in West Palm Beach, Fla. Neither the PGA Tour nor the LPGA Tour could have known that baseball’s career home-run leader, Barry Bonds, would be indicted on Thursday for perjury and obstruction of justice when he testified before a federal grand jury in 2003 that he’d never used steroids or HGH. The timing was remarkable, if nearly coincidental.

The list of banned substances is essentially the same as mandated by the World Anti-Doping Agency and includes, among others, steroids, HGH, marijuana and beta-blockers. Penalties differ for players taking steroids/HGH to improve their performance, against others who choose to smoke marijuana for recreational purposes.

This raises some real question for us as there is currently no know accurate test to determine if someone is using the drug version of HGH.

HGH, in recent years has been an antiaging phenomenon. Even The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) has something to say about HGH:

HGH is undisputedly a potent hormone with a wide variety of biological effects. The anabolic actions of HGH have made it attractive as a potential agent for catabolic problems in a wide range of clinical conditions, including severely catabolic patients in an intensive care environment, burns, cystic fibrosis, inflammatory bowel disease, fertility problems, osteoporosis, and Down’s syndrome, and also for people wishing to reverse the effects of aging and promote athletic prowess.
