ESPN - Drugs and steroids running rampant in MMA
October 31, 2007 | Leave a Comment
This very interesting article was written by Dr. Margaret Goodman, a former Nevada State Athletic Commission Medical Advisory Board Chairman and chief ringside physician at boxing and mixed martial arts events in Las Vegas. Goodman details the escalating usage of performance enhancing drugs by athletes seeking to gain a competitve advantage.
The majority of athletes do not use drugs, but instead they take advantage of the natural options available on the market to help with energy, strength, endurance, lean muscle tone and bodyfat reduction. One of those options is highly recommended by professional athletes as well as doctors, journalists and other medical professionals. Click Here to learn more about this HGH product.

Dr. Ronald Klatz On Exercise & HGH
October 30, 2007 | Leave a Comment
Dr. Ronald Klatz, a world-renowned expert on antiaging, reveals some stunning information on exercise and its effects on human growth hormone levels.
Exercise sends a wake-up call to your pituitary. Just getting started in a running program or weight lifting will stimulate your pituitary gland to secrete higher HGH levels. The way exercise works to stimulate HGH is not understood, according to Stephen Borst and his associates at the University of Florida. They suggest such possible mediators as low blood sugar, lactate accumulation, and release of beta endorphins.
According to Dr. Edmund Chein who conducted a study, Analysis of 202 Patients On Human Growth Hormone For Six Months Plus, there is no doubt that his patients on HGH have greater strength and endurance. “I have 50 and 60-year-old patients going into the gym and the 20-year-olds can’t beat them in weights or in the speed in which they gain muscle mass,” says Chein. “Some of them are bench-pressing 250 pounds one week, 260 the next week, 270 the following week, going up as much as ten pounds a week.”

USDoctor.com Reports HGH Levels Decline With Age
October 29, 2007 | Leave a Comment
It is a fact that we are going to grow old. Then, why does it have to remain a fact that we will grow old in exactly the very same way our forefathers did before us: frail, confused, weak, fatigues, depressed, afraid to walk outdoors for fear of falling on the pavement? There is an old adage that states that youth is wasted on the young. If this is true, why should it follow that experience and financial security are ‘wasted on the old’ because they have lost the energy and enthusiasm to enjoy the ‘golden years?’
This does not have to be the case. For we have come to learn that old age is simply a state of hormonal deficiency, a state of lacking the previously bountiful hormones of youth. Then it follows that, these symptoms of ‘old age’ are actually symptoms that can be reversed. Leading the list of the age-depleted hormones that can be replaced and provide for longer, healthier, and more productive lives is human growth hormone (HGH). One of the 6 key hormones of the life-pyramid, HGH is obviously natural and quite plentiful in the human body during youth. In fact, it is a substance that actually retains the properties of youthful repair, but lessened with age.
Human growth hormone is essential to growth. It is a supplement given to children who suffer with abnormally slow bone growth to enable them to grow taller. But HGH levels fall steadily in everyone once they reach adulthood. Since we now realize that HGH is indispensable throughout life, it must be considered a vital hormone for maintenance of the adult body. Studies of its amazing effects in the elderly population supports its primary role in improved longevity and the betterment of the quality of one’s life. After 40 many men and women have the same amount of HGH as an octogenerian! And that may be one of the keys to aging as we now know it!
When one’s IGF-1 level falls below the adult normal range, his/her muscle and bone strength and energy levels most likely will decrease. Tissue repair, cell repair, healing capacity, upkeep of vital organs, brain and memory function, enzyme production, and revitalization of hair, nails and skin will also diminish. While aging and decreasing growth hormone levels go ‘hand-in-hand’ those who lose their pituitary production of HGH due to surgery, infection or accident, instantly suffer many profound, ill effects.

“The Product I Bought Contains Actual HGH & Human Growth Hormone”
October 27, 2007 | Leave a Comment
We often get feedback from our readers and yesterday was no exception. There was a certain amount of confusion over the ESPN article that we posted on Octorber 26th mentioning that it is illegal to possess or use HGH without a prescription. And some readers even expressed alarm that they bought a product that contained actual HGH, at least that’s what they were told by the marketer of the product.
First, when it comes to reports like the ESPN piece, it is very important to remember that they are talking about the usage of injectable human growth hormone, which is only legally available with a prescription from a doctor. Plain and simple, it is a DRUG.
That’s why is it is ridiculous when websites hawking “HGH products” claim that they contain actual HGH, just in a smaller amout. Possession or sale of actual HGH & human growth hormone without a prescription is a FELONY punishable with jail time! Claiming to sell a controlled substance that requires a doctor’s prescription over the internet would technically be a crime. Furthermore, telling you that they can sell it to you because it contains less HGH than the injectable form would be the same as claiming that they could sell you a small amount of cocaine online! Bottom line, it is illegal to sell or possess human growth hormone in any dietary supplement without a doctor’s prescription. Period.
Misinformation like this runs rampant online. To separate fact from fiction, we’d recommend taking a look at the HGH-Info-Buyers-Guide.org, which is owned by a doctor with over 19 years of experience who researched human growth hormone for her patients. CLICK HERE to take a look at her findings.

ESPN - Report: MLB Drug Suspensions for HGH & Human Growth Hormone Could Be On Way
October 26, 2007 | Leave a Comment
ESPN, the sports information and entertainment powerhouse, is reporting that major league baseball is considering suspensions of several players linked to HGH.
Major League Baseball did not ban HGH until January 2005, but steroids and HGH have been, and still are, illegal without a legitimate prescription.
SI.com reported earlier this year that Matthews ordered HGH in 2004. The Los Angeles Angels outfielder is expected to be called to Selig’s office in November to discuss the report, The Times reported.
Byrd is the player most recently linked to HGH. On Sunday, the day of Game 7 of the ALCS, the San Francisco Chronicle reported the Indians right-hander had purchased nearly $25,000 worth of HGH and syringes between 2002 and 2005. Byrd said he was taking the drug under a doctor’s care for what he described as a pituitary gland issue.

Declining HGH Levels…Problem?
October 24, 2007 | Leave a Comment
If one thing is abundantly clear it is that high, optimum, youthful HGH levels are exactly what we would all want in order to acheive and maintain the highest possible quality of life. The problem is that while we all normally have that in our teens, our natural HGH levels start to rapidly decline beginning somewhere between the ages of 21 and 30. The bigger problem is that the decline is anything but slow. The estimates are that your human growth hormone levels decrease by a staggering 14% every ten years. As a result, the very hormone that many feel is most reponsible for keeping us youthful and vibrant starts disappearing at an alarming rate while you are still in your twenties.
Now the really big problem. There is an extensive and credible body of medical evidence that proves that this aggressive HGH decline is directly linked to many of the signs of aging. Virtually everything we think of when we look at someone else and say they are “aging” has been linked to HGH & human growth hormone. For an extensive list of the signs of aging related to low HGH & human growth hormone levels, click on the “About HGH” link at the top of this page in the navigation bar. Look at the HGH and Aging section of the page and you’ll be surprised.
Once you understand how lower HGH & human growth hormone levels can accelerate the aging process, it will come as no surprise that large numbers of people from all walks of life are exploring HGH & human growth hormone options. What is HGH / Human Growth Hormone?
October 23, 2007 | Leave a Comment
With all the info out there about the benefits of HGH, it’s reputation as a possible “Fountain of Youth” and which athletes and celebrities are using it, a lot of people don’t understand exactly what it is. And just to clarify, HGH is the abbreviation for human growth hormone, so the two terms are synonomous.
HGH is found in the pituitary gland of your brain from birth. Everyone has human growth hormone in their body. The issue is how much HGH you have. Unfortunately, as we get older, there comes a point when HGH & human growth hormone levels start to aggressively decline and those rapidly declining levels are linked to many of the signs of aging.
We’ll be adding future posts to the HGH Basics category. If you want to learn more about the basics of human growth hormone, try visiting the HGH Buyers Guide and Doctors Choice HGH. Just click on either of those links and you’ll be taken there right away.
